For Contractors

Is artificial turf worth the cost?
Is artificial turf worth the cost? Artificial turf seems expensive when you look at the upfront price tag, but if you enjoy a well-maintained yard, and consider the long-term cost savings, we think you’ll find that artificial lawns are a good value.
How can I use artificial grass?
Artificial grass is an incredibly versatile product with a multitude of uses, including:Low-maintenance lawnsPet areas and dog runsPutting greens & Bocce Ball courtsPool surroundsCommercial spacesPlaygroundsDecorative areas
How do I place an order?
We want to make purchasing your rolls of artificial turf as easy as possible. Simply connect with your dedicated sales representative who can take your order over the phone or email. We feature two different options for ordering artificial grass: full-length rolls and custom length rolls. The full-length rolls are purchased by the roll at 100LF, and custom length rolls can be cut to any length you need. Keep in mind that all rolls are 15ft wide. We accept all major credit cards, checks, or ACH.
How much turf do I need?
How much turf you need is entirely dependent on the application and the size of your project. The first step is to determine the dimensions and square footage of your project. Square footage of the area is simply the length multiplied by the width. Now that you have the overall square footage and dimensions of your project, the next step is figuring out the necessary roll cuts, the number of rolls and specified lengths needed to complete the project. All artificial turf rolls come 15ft wide. So, if your project is 28’ x 20’, then the total square feet of the project is 560 square feet. Yet, your order must be in 15’ roll widths. Two rolls at 15’ x 20’ will work in this scenario, making your order 600 square feet. If you have any questions or need any help determining the size of your project, you can reach out to us at any time.
How will my turf arrive?
Artificial turf is shipped in rolls just like carpet, moving around the country by LTL carriers or dedicated full trucks. Rolls can be heavy and cumbersome to manage, and it is vital that you have the necessary means to unload the turf roll(s) off the delivery truck and move them to the install area when it arrives. The truck driver will assist you in removing the rolls, but it is your responsibility to move the turf to the job area. We recommend having help or equipment on hand to unload and move larger rolls.
How quickly will I receive my turf?
We make every effort to ship orders the day after they are placed. Shipping is handled by outside carriers, so delivery times can vary based on location. Orders will move from our Dalton, GA manufacturing facility to the carrier’s local terminal near you. Upon arrival, the carriers will reach out to you to schedule final delivery to the jobsite or warehouse. Typical lead times range from 2 days to 10 days
What is the Return Policy?
Once the turf is cut and shipped, it cannot be returned. As such, all sales are final. If your turf arrives damaged or you have another question, please contact your sales representative.
What is the Warranty?
All our products come with a 15-year warranty. This covers UV damage and fiber degradation. While issues are uncommon, if something arises, please reach out to your sales representative as soon as possible. Please note that the warranty covers the material only, not installation issues or mistakes made while installing the product.
